Berry Kale Smoothie


Waking up can be hard at times but a great tasting, nutrient-rich smoothie can make your morning a little more enjoyable. This berry and kale smoothie is loaded with fiber, protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals that will help keep you awake!

Berry Kale Smoothie

Yield: About 11-12 ounces


  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen kale
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup 1% milk

What you need:

  • Blender


In a blender, combine strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, frozen kale, chia seeds, nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and 1% milk. Blend until your desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
