Easy Healthy Chip Dip

Yields 1 cup

Ingredients:

1 cup of 2% fat Greek yogurt (recommended: Fage brand – creamy smooth texture with a great tangy flavor)

2-3 tbsp of homemade Onion Herb Seasoning mix (recipe below)

chips or veggies

What you need:

Bowl

Spoon

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix yogurt with seasoning mix.  Serve with chips or veggies.  Enjoy!

Onion Herb Seasoning

Ingredients:

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp dried parsley flakes

1 tsp dried chives

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

What you need:

Small bowl

Spoon

Small Ziplock bag

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.   Store seasoning in Ziplock bag and in a cool place.  When ready to serve, mix a desired amount with Greek yogurt.
