1/2 each of an avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup of whole milk
1 tbsp of brown sugar
Bowl or Tall Glass (Smoothie)
Spoon or Straw
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and stir. Enjoy!
Avocado Smoothie: Using a blender, mix all the the ingredients until smooth. Add more milk or sugar to achieve desired consistency and sweetness.
